A few important updates

Hello Backers,
We have a few important news to share!
First, we are moving our shipping date to the end of November. This is because UL updated the test criteria for DC ceiling fan motors this year. As of 2019, additional software assessment testing will be required with a one-month test cycle. Due to the need to add a software test, the delivery time needs to be delayed by 30 days.
Second, we are adding a new color/style option for our backers: Silver translucent.
Lastly, we are updating our remote control. Please see photos below to see what we’ve been working on. We plan on adding a new button/mode called “Natural Breeze” which creates a light natural breeze for a more comfortable even airflow throughout the room.

We're keeping things simple. Our new remote control now comes in a minimal white design with bigger, easy-to-use buttons. Each button is mapped to a unique function that will make controlling the Carro Smart Fan a breeze.

We have an exciting update about our app. Instead of using a third-party app such as TuyaSmart, we are currently developing our own app for Carro which will be released on the Apple Store and Google Play when the products are delivered. Here’s a sneak peek of what the app will look like:
